| Late charge of $7.00 will apply after the entry deadline, and NO ENTRIES will be accepted after the entry deadline. A $20 service charge will be made on ALL returned checks. | Payment must accompany entry. Refunds will be given 1 week prior to tournament. Phone entries will be put on a wait list and entered upon availability. Please check in at least ½ hr. before event starts.
*Event #1 must be over 2200 or directors discretion and will be carried over to Sunday. *Event #2 will be carried over to Saturday.
**B & G means boys and girls.
***Events 13,14,15 player must be that age as of the first day of the tournament. Player can only enter one event that starts at the same time.

| All USATT rules and dress code will apply. RR’s 3 of 5, semi + final of event #1 4 of 7. Players must be USATT/ITTF member or 1x pass (adult $49/Jrs $25/1x pass $10). Unrated player can’tadvance
from rating events. All foreign ratings over 8 mo. old subject to revision. Director may modify, seed out or cancel an event with insufficient entries.
PRIZES
SINGLES: Trophies for the first four.
DOUBLES: Trophies for the first two teams.
COST
SINGLES: $25.00 per event.
DOUBLES: $ 15.00 per player. Plus rating and administration fees ($12.00) |
